Double-banded Graytail

Xenerpestes minlosi

Least Concern

The Double-banded Graytail is a graytail of humid forests in Panama, Colombia, and Ecuador. It gleans insects from twigs and outer foliage in the forest mid-storey and canopy. Fun fact: The family is named for the horneros, which build sturdy oven-shaped nests out of mud.
