The Kinglet Calyptura is a tyrant flycatcher of Atlantic Forest of eastern and southeastern Brazil. It feeds mostly on insects captured by quick sallies, gleaning, or ground pounces, with some species also taking fruit. It faces an extremely high extinction risk, so every remaining habitat patch and breeding site matters.
