The Masafuera Rayadito is a rayadito of temperate forests in Chile. An active little bird, it forages through foliage and bark in southern forests, often in family groups. Classified as Critically Endangered, it is threatened mainly by the loss and fragmentation of its habitat. Fun fact: Ovenbirds and woodcreepers form one of the most diverse bird families on Earth, with a remarkable variety of nests.
