The Rufous-breasted Accentor is a small, streaked mountain songbird that keeps low in scrub, rocks, hedges, or alpine meadows of Himalayan foothills and mountain forests east into southern China. It feeds mostly on seeds and small insects, often shuffling quietly on the ground before giving a thin, musical call from cover.
