The Sao Paulo Bristle-Tyrant is a tyrant flycatcher of Atlantic Forest of eastern and southeastern Brazil. It feeds mostly on insects captured by quick sallies, gleaning, or ground pounces, with some species also taking fruit. It is not yet globally threatened, but range limits or habitat pressure mean it needs watching.
