Wandering Tattler

Tringa incana

Least Concern

The Wandering Tattler is a shorebird of north Pacific breeding areas and rocky coasts across the Pacific basin. It uses its bill, legs, and alert flight to feed on invertebrates, seeds, or small aquatic prey along coasts, mudflats, rivers, lakes, grasslands, or open ground; many shorebirds make impressive seasonal movements between breeding and non-breeding areas.
