White-streaked Antvireo

Dysithamnus leucostictus

Least Concern

The White-streaked Antvireo is an antvireo of humid forests in Ecuador, Colombia, and Venezuela. A small, compact antbird, it searches foliage and branches methodically for insects in the forest mid-storey. Fun fact: Despite the name, antvireos are antbirds, not vireos, and belong to a large New World tropical family.
