Berlepsch's Tinamou is a lowland forest tinamou of the Choco region of western Colombia and northwestern Ecuador. It is a shy, ground-dwelling bird of humid forest, usually detected by its voice. Fun fact: Its name honors the German ornithologist Hans von Berlepsch.
