Cinereous Tinamou

Crypturellus cinereus

Least Concern

The Cinereous Tinamou is a small, grey-brown tinamou of Amazonian forest, secondary woodland, and dense growth. It often uses low, tangled vegetation and may be more tolerant of disturbed forest than many tinamous. Fun fact: Its soft whistles are a common sound in parts of Amazonian understory.
